Rirandzu is currently the Managing Director of Known Associates Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, having joined the business in October 2022 as a Management Consultant. He has over 20 years managerial and executive experience, which includes ten years in a senior role covering risk for an international banking portfolio of 9 countries. He has a deep understanding of business operations and risk management, having had roles in insurance underwriting, operations and claims; banking operational risk and compliance risk management; and as an independent non-executive director for an insurance company and Chairman of its Audit & Risk Committee.

Known Associates Entertainment is a rapidly growing business and Rirandzu’s value proposition is to assist the Executive team to grow the business sustainably. His role is to ensure that the growth trajectory is safeguarded  by ensuring that the business develops and implements appropriate financial, regulatory, operational and physical risk management controls and solutions.
